The main activity of the company is the production of plastic products, consumer goods, PE tanks up to 18,000 liters, plastic furniture chairs and tables, plastic crates, plastic pipes and fittings, brass fittings and brass balls - a total of more than 2000 product types that fully cover the domestic market of Uzbekistan and are exported to Central Asian countries.
For production we use high-quality domestic and imported raw materials (polypropylene, PPR, polyethylene, ABS, PVC) from such manufacturers as Hyosung, Sabic, Lotte Chemical.
Quality control
Product quality is one of the main priorities of JIPlast. Quality control is carried out at the enterprise in several stages:
- incoming control of raw materials;
- continuous production control;
- systematic quality control of manufactured products.
Production Technologies
The company has the most modern technologies of injection molding, extrusion and processing of plastics:
- plastics injection molding;
- pipe extrusion and twin-screw extrusion, compounding;
- extrusion blow molding;
- rotational molding;
Production machines and equipment are purchased from the People's Republic of China, Turkey, Italy, Germany.
The company is constantly working on research and development, expanding the range of products and production capacity taking into account the latest technologies and market trends in the plastics processing industry.
The total area of the company's production and warehouse facilities is more than 25,000 square meters. The number of employees is more than 320 people in JIP Group. The company is actively developing a dealer network in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries, providing maximum convenience to the end consumer.
